Specialised rubber compounds for every application

Leveraging in-depth materials knowledge to formulate specialised rubber compounds that meet stringent performance requirements.

Natural Rubber

A natural, biodegradable and non-toxic material that has been in use for over 100 years and is available in a huge range of compounds. Extremely strong and resilient with good resistance to in-organic chemicals.

EPDM

A co-polymer ideally suited for resistance to external environmental conditions such as water, steam, oxidation and ozone. Used widely for sealing applications exposed to the outdoors environment.

Chloroprene

Chloroprene (often known as Neoprene) has good flammability resistance and chemical stability. Exhibits excellent mechanical properties means it is well suited to demanding applications.

Nitrile

Nitrile rubber, also known as nitrile butadiene rubber, NBR or acrylonitrile butadiene rubber, is a synthetic rubber derived from acrylonitrile (ACN) and butadiene. This rubber is particularly favoured for its superior resistance to oil, fuel and other chemicals.

SBR

Styrene Butadiene Rubber is a general purpose elastomer used as alternative to natural rubber in many applications. Good physical strength, tear and abrasion. Not suitable for use with oils or fuels.

Bespoke Elastomers

Other specialist elastomers are available to meet specific requirements and demanding applications. Including Epichlorohydrin, FKM (Viton), Acrylics (such as VAMAC), Hydrogenated Nitrile (HNBR) and Thermoplastic Rubber Elastomers.
